Last night was great. It started off by me going to pick up Pebbles. Like I said earlier. The spot seemed a little shady. I accidentally picked a place that closed before the arranged meeting time.
I had gotten there first and didnt see her. [I was literally the only one out there] So I went to walk around the building to see if there were any other entrances. She and I had passed by one another and had given each other that 'nod of greeting' as people pass each other. I was in a lot of black [and as she said earlier] Im paranoid about encounters like that. So I thought she thought I was gonna attack her. Once I saw her stop and stand there for a few seconds, I ran back right away. On the way to Scrap's house, I realized that I couldnt find the directions. We had passed the house and I had to call Scrap to help get directions from her.Once we finally made it we got a grand tour of the house. And by grand I mean the amount of [as] related stuff throughout the house. She has all sorts of drawings, creations, and merchandise throughout the entire house. My mind was kinda blown away by it. Even her DVR was 88% filled, and all I saw were [as] shows on it. She had a lot of friends coming over that night as well. It kinda reminded me of That 70's Show.
[Pebbs knows what Im talking about] They even sat at a table like they do in the show. XDWe all wrote down our times on when we took our first shots. I took mine a bit before [as] started and they took theirs well into the night after things loosened up a bit more. Everything was always casual, but after a few drinks what do you expect to happen?
I’ll be the first to admit that I was nervous about the entire evening. I know I was fumbling over some of my words. while speaking. [No, that wasn’t due to anything I drank XP] Not to mention Im not the talkative type in the first place, so I had no idea what we were gonna be talking about throughout the entire night besides [as] related stuff. Oddly enough, I found myself talking a LOT. Pebbs and I have tons in common; it was a great relief to find that out because it made the meetings very smooth. And just as one would expect from Scraps posts here on the boards. She’s as energetic and funny in person as she is here. She doesnt change anything about herself here compared to real life. SHES INSANE!!!! But she was also calm at the same time… Don’t ask me how that works. It just does. We even got to here from one of her most devoted fans. We watched the [as] action line-up [I didn’t watch Trinity Blood because I didn’t see last weeks episode, I’ll be watching those tonight] We also watched recorded episodes of Frisky Dingo. It was my first time seeing it… It was ok. Definitely had it’s moments. It could be a great series. We also took some photos of the glass and some of her countless [as] decorations. After [as] was all said and done, we began to watch a bunch of old movies. The Movie of the night had to be Ghoulies 2. Now it may have been the ‘atmosphere’ but that movie was funny. Its supposed to be a horror movie, but it was hilarious. [MY TUNES!!!!!]
We wrapped the night at Scraps up by adding some random stuff to the box. Such as clippings from the National Inquirer. [Pebbs, I STILL almost forgot to take off the ears
] This experience was a great one. Im glad we got the change to get together and do something we all love doing. I look forward to the next get together we all have. My next meeting with Pebbs will be soon… I have to return her umbrella to her. I do have a few pics. I'll only post what Im 'allowed' to at the discretion of those photographed. There was more I wanted to say... But I forgot. I may include more in a blog Im gonna write about this.
